How to make a screen shot?
A screen shot means a picture taken of what is on the screen.
On PCs
By simply clicking on the Print Screen key on your keyboard, a picture will be taken of your screen and stored on the clipboard. Open for example the program Paint, paste the contents of the clipboard in a new document. You can then reduce the size so it the file size will be smaller and easier to email to us.
Another option is to paste the content of the clipboard direct in your email message, this way the file size will be quite big and email might take longer to send.
On Macs
By clicking on the Shift and the Command (Apple) key and either the number 3 or 4. 3 is for the whole screen and 4 is a selection only. The file will be saved on your desktop and from there you can attach it to your email to us.
